Theresa Bautista, OTR, OTD is a pediatric occupational therapist and founder of WeDiverge LLC, a private occupational therapy practice based in Houston, Texas. Theresa earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She brings 7 years of experience from special education, outpatient clinics, and community-based mental health programs, including foster care and day habilitation centers for individuals with disabilities.

While much of Theresa’s work centers on supporting children and youth, she also works with parents, caregivers, and neurodivergent adults to develop essential life skills and navigate the barriers of daily life.

In addition to her clinical work, Theresa is also a consultant, writer, and researcher. She partners with education and health tech companies in product and content development, offering clinical expertise, inclusive design strategies, and insights into the needs of neurodivergent individuals. Theresa also creates content on autism, ADHD, and other occupational therapy-related topics to support advocacy and public understanding.

Whether she’s writing, consulting, or working directly with families, Theresa’s mission remains the same – to empower neurodivergent individuals in everyday life and within a more inclusive society.
