We Are Looking For:
Virtual Occupational Therapist for Late-Diagnosed Neurodivergent Adults
(Part-Time)
We are seeking a part-time, Texas-licensed Occupational Therapist to provide virtual evaluations and treatment sessions to adult clients.
This position may be a good fit for an OT who is interested in adult mental health, neurodiversity-affirming practice, and creative problem-solving. Previous experience working with neurodivergent adults is preferred but not required. Training and mentorship will be provided.

- Conduct virtual occupational therapy evaluations and treatment sessions
- Develop individualized, occupation-based plans of care
- Support clients with executive functioning, sensory regulation, daily routines, work participation, self-advocacy, and independent living skills
- Provide services that are neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and client-centered
- Active Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- Current NBCOT certification
- Independent professional liability (malpractice) insurance
Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant
(Part-Time)
The Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) will provide community-based / virtual services under OT supervision to autistic and ADHD children in Houston TX and surrounding areas including but not limited to Spring Branch, Heights, Pearland, Spring, Fulshear, Cypress, Pearland, and Sugar Land.

- Conduct occupational therapy treatment sessions in-home, in-school or telehealth
- Support clients with executive functioning, sensory regulation, daily routines, work participation, self-advocacy, and independent living skills
- Provide services that are neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and client-centered
- Collaborate with the parents and report to the supervising OT
Professional Requirements:

- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Active personal auto insurance
